At Touch Base Automotive, we take pride in providing high-quality products for automotive enthusiasts. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged or the incorrect item arrives.

Returns & Refunds

We will only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect.

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.

  • The incorrect item arrives.

How to Request a Return

If your item meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at info@touchbaseautomotive.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Provide Evidence – Attach clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  3. Review Process – Our team will assess your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

  • If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability.
